Most home remedies are simple and easy, such as using heat pads, herbal teas, and gentle exercises to alleviate symptoms. Some of my favorite ways to regain balance are listed below.

Heat Pads

Applying heat to the affected areas can help soothe discomfort. Though many suggest heated blankets, ranging around $40+, there are also more affordable options such as disposable heat patches that come around a dozen per box. I would recommend either, but heat patches have a bonus of being travel-friendly. See below for product links.

Certain herbal teas, like chamomile and peppermint, can have calming effects and may help with symptoms. The Trader Joe's Turmeric Ginger Tea is one the best options.
